Enter your ideal name. We check availability across every major extension in real time.
Lock the domain for 24 hours while you finalize your decision. No charge during the hold period.
Complete checkout and the domain is registered in your name within seconds.
Point it to any host. DNS propagation is automatic and typically completes within an hour.
Your personal contact details are hidden from public WHOIS records at no cost.
Full control over A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, and SRV records from a clean panel.
Never lose a domain by accident. Renewal reminders start 60 days before expiry.
Prevents unauthorized transfers. Unlock with a single toggle whenever you need to move.
Forward up to 100 addresses to your existing inbox — no separate mail hosting required.
Real humans available on chat and email, every day of the year.
Transfers are straightforward. Provide your authorization code from your current registrar, and we handle the rest. The domain continues to resolve without interruption throughout the process.
Transfers typically complete within five to seven days, though most finish sooner. Once the transfer is complete, you receive an additional year added to your registration — a standard benefit of the transfer process.
If your current registrar makes the process difficult — which some do, deliberately — our support team will work with you step by step until the transfer is complete.
Start a Transfer →Most records propagate globally within 30 to 60 minutes. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours, depending on the DNS servers involved.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed, as they are submitted to the central registry immediately. We offer a 24-hour hold period before registration to allow for second thoughts.
We email reminders at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before expiry. After expiry, the domain enters a grace period of 30 days during which it can still be renewed at the standard rate.
Yes. Our domain registration is completely separate from hosting. Point the DNS records to any provider you choose — including your own server.
Yes. Customers registering five or more domains in a single transaction receive a 15% discount on the total registration cost.
Yes, on every extension where the registry permits it. We do not charge for privacy protection — it is included by default on all eligible domains.
Domain names are first-come, first-served. If the name you want is available right now, we recommend locking it in — most good names are claimed within minutes of being searched.
Founded in 2026, cloudysprout was constructed to tear down the convoluted barriers of modern web infrastructure. We believe that securing a domain, provisioning enterprise-grade web hosting, and maintaining blazing performance should feel effortless, modern, and visually intuitive.
cloudysprout started in a single colocation rack in Amsterdam. Two engineers — one from a CDN background, the other from a database infrastructure team — had grown tired of watching small studios and independent creators pay enterprise prices for tools designed for enterprise scale. The hosting market had bifurcated into two extremes: cheap providers with unreliable uptime and no support, or premium providers with pricing that excluded everyone except funded startups.
The founding premise was simple. Build infrastructure that matches the reliability of a top-tier provider, expose it through a control panel that a designer can actually use, and price it for someone running a portfolio site, a small store, or a client project — not a Series B company.
The first three customers signed up in the same week. The first thousand arrived within a year, mostly through word of mouth from agencies who had moved their clients over. Today cloudysprout operates across four regions and serves more than twenty thousand active deployments — from single-page portfolios to multi-region application stacks.
We remain independent, founder-led, and deliberately mid-sized. Large enough to run our own hardware and maintain our own network. Small enough that a support ticket is answered by someone who has actually configured the stack you are running.
Every plan we offer runs on the same NVMe storage, the same network, and the same caching layer. We do not artificially throttle the entry tier to sell you an upgrade. Performance is not a feature — it is the baseline.
The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay. No hidden bandwidth fees, no surprise overage charges, no renewal spikes. If we ever change our pricing, existing customers keep their rate for the lifetime of their account.
Every support ticket is answered by a person who has run the same stack, debugged the same errors, and configured the same servers. We do not outsource support, and we do not use AI-generated responses.
Your code, your data, and your domain belong to you — always. We never hold assets hostage, we never make migration deliberately difficult, and we provide complete export tools on every plan.
"THE BEST INFRASTRUCTURE IS THE KIND YOU NEVER HAVE TO THINK ABOUT."— THE FOUNDING ENGINEERS
We own and operate every server we run. No reseller layers, no shared tenancy with unknown neighbours, no reliance on third-party infrastructure we cannot directly repair.
Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Ashburn, and Singapore — each with independent power, cooling, and network paths.
Measured across all regions and reported publicly every quarter. No marketing exceptions.
Time from edge node to origin, measured across our global Anycast network.
Fifteen years building CDN and edge networks across Europe. Oversees hardware and network engineering.
Former database reliability lead. Designs the control panel and automation layer.
Runs the 24/7 support desk. Has personally answered more than forty thousand tickets.
Designs every screen our customers interact with. Previously at two leading developer tool companies.
We do not accept advertising from hosting affiliates, equipment manufacturers, or software vendors. Every recommendation we publish is based on what actually works, not on commercial arrangements.
We do not sell customer data. Billing information, usage patterns, and support histories are retained strictly for operational purposes and are never shared with third parties.
We do not oversell capacity. When a region reaches its capacity, we add hardware — we do not silently pack more tenants onto existing machines. This is why our uptime target is achievable, and why our performance stays consistent under load.
We do not use AI-generated support responses. Every reply you receive is written by an engineer who has looked at your specific configuration.
Whether you are moving an existing project, starting something new, or simply want to talk through what you need — our team is available for a short, no-obligation conversation.
From domain registration to enterprise-grade hosting, every service we offer is built on the same infrastructure, the same performance standard, and the same commitment to transparent pricing.
High-availability servers backed by automated failovers, enterprise NVMe storage, and HTTP/3 routing standard.
Continuous edge monitoring, free SSL certificate deployment, hardware firewall protection, and isolated database clusters.
Register, transfer, and manage domains across nine major extensions with free WHOIS privacy and full DNS control.
Shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting on our own hardware across four global regions, with automatic scaling on demand.
Enterprise DDoS mitigation, Web Application Firewall, automatic TLS certificates, and 24/7 anomaly detection.
Fully managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis clusters with automated failover, point-in-time recovery, and daily backups.
Professional mailboxes on your own domain. IMAP, SMTP, and webmail access, with spam filtering and full DKIM/SPF support.
Automated daily snapshots with 30-day retention, one-click restore, and off-site replication in a secondary region.
Every plan runs on identical hardware. The only difference is scale — never performance.

At cloudysprout, privacy is fundamental to our digital infrastructure. We collect only necessary operational metrics to maintain server reliability and account security. We never sell user data to third-party ad networks.
We have written this document in plain language because privacy in infrastructure should be understood, not obscured. If any part of it is unclear, please write to us directly — every message is read by a member of our engineering team, not by an automated system.
Information stored includes contact email addresses for hosting notifications and telemetry logs required for network defense against unauthorized intrusion.
Specifically, we collect: billing and contact details required to maintain your account, DNS and configuration data necessary to operate your services, and infrastructure telemetry — request volume, error rates, geographic distribution — used to monitor uptime and detect anomalies. We do not collect the contents of your applications, database records, or any data stored within your hosted infrastructure.
Server access logs are retained for thirty days by default, then rotated. Where a security investigation is active, relevant logs are retained until the incident is fully resolved and documented.
Account details are used to deliver the services you have provisioned, to notify you of critical infrastructure events such as maintenance windows and security advisories, and to process billing. Nothing more.
Telemetry data is used solely for operational purposes — capacity planning, anomaly detection, and performance optimization. It is aggregated and anonymized before any analysis, and it is never linked back to your account for marketing or profiling purposes.
All customer data is stored within the same regions where their infrastructure is deployed. We do not mirror customer information to jurisdictions outside those regions without explicit consent.
Access to customer data is restricted to authorized engineers on a strict need-to-know basis. Every access event is logged, and logs are subject to periodic internal review. Encryption is applied both in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
We use a small number of third-party services for payment processing, transactional email delivery, and external status page hosting. Each of these providers is selected for their security posture and is contractually prohibited from using customer data for their own purposes.
We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts anywhere in our customer-facing infrastructure. Any cookies set by our website are strictly for session management and authentication.
You may request a complete export of all data we hold about your account at any time. Exports are provided in machine-readable formats and typically prepared within one business day.
You may also request deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion requests are honored within thirty days, except where retention is required by applicable law or where an active security investigation requires ongoing access.
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers within seventy-two hours of confirming the breach. Notification includes a description of what occurred, what data was affected, and the steps we are taking in response.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your account data can be directed to privacy@cloudysprout.com.

By provisioning infrastructure on cloudysprout, users agree to uphold acceptable web usage guidelines. Malicious network scanning, hosting illegal content, or sending unverified spam emails will result in immediate service suspension.
These terms are written in plain language because the culture of this platform depends on clarity, not legalism. If any part is unclear, please write to us directly and we will explain it further.
Accounts may be used for any lawful purpose — running websites, hosting applications, storing data, sending transactional email, and running APIs. You retain full ownership of everything you host.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:
Violations of acceptable use are treated as material breaches of these terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund, at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any API keys, SSH keys, or authentication tokens associated with your account. This includes ensuring that any team members with access to your account are authorized to have it.
Where we detect suspicious activity on an account — unusual login locations, unexpected API usage, or compromised credentials — we may temporarily lock the account and notify you. Locking is a security measure, not a penalty, and access is restored as soon as the issue is resolved.
All services are billed in advance of the billing period. Payment is due on the invoice date, and services are suspended if payment is more than seven days overdue.
Refunds are available within the first 30 days of a new subscription, minus any domain registration fees and third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. After 30 days, unused portions of a billing period are not refunded, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
We do not raise prices on existing accounts without at least 60 days' advance notice, and customers who wish to keep their original pricing may do so by maintaining continuous service without interruption.
We target 99.99% uptime across all regions, measured on a rolling monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and is excluded from uptime calculations.
Where uptime falls below the SLA target on any given plan, affected customers are eligible for service credits. Credits are applied automatically to the next invoice — you do not need to submit a claim.
You own all data you store on our infrastructure. This includes application code, database records, uploaded files, and configuration settings. We claim no rights over any of it.
You may export your data at any time through the control panel or via API. Where a full-server export is required, our support team will assist at no additional cost.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your infrastructure is decommissioned and all associated data is securely erased within thirty days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
We may terminate an account for material breach of these terms, for non-payment exceeding 30 days, or for activities that endanger the stability or security of our infrastructure or other customers. Except in cases of serious abuse, we provide advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloudysprout shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid by the affected customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cloudysprout is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any additional protections provided by local consumer law.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these Terms of Service can be directed to legal@cloudysprout.com.
